如何改变Adsense帐号的国家信息
需要把Adsense帐号中地址改一下，但发现国家名是不能自己改的。查了下Adsense的帮助，看这一条，想要跟新收款人居住国和姓名，是需要特别与google联系的。
9月1日，写了email，9月6日有个回应。可能对google这样的大服务这不算慢吧。他们的信里解释了需要怎么做，为什么这么做：
Hello Yan,
Thank you for your email regarding the change of country. For tax purposes and to protect your identity, we do not allow changes to the country field of your payment address. Therefore, it will be necessary for you to close your existing account and submit a new application.
However, please be assured that we’ll work with you to create a new account and make the transition as smooth as possible. If you wish to continue with this process, please reply to this email, and include the answer to each of the following three questions. This ensures the privacy and security of AdSense accounts.
1 – What was the amount of your last AdSense payment?
2 – What was the first day you received a page impression?
3 – How many page impressions did you get on your first day?You can find this information by logging into your AdSense account and checking your advanced reports. Once we’ve received your response, we can begin the process of closing your current account and opening a new account with your new country.

答复后google的回信：

been permanently closed. When you are ready to open a new account with
your updated address information, feel free to submit another application
at http://www.google.com/adsense. Please note that you will need to use an
email address other than the one associated with your closed account
(xxx@gmail.com).
Once you have completed the application, we kindly ask that you reply to
this message and provide us with your new email address. Pending a
response, we will review your application and transfer the remaining
balance from your closed account to your new account.
Please be aware that if you do not submit a new application to the AdSense
program and respond to this message with your updated email address, your
outstanding earnings will be withheld. Therefore, we recommend that you
submit a new application at your earliest convenience.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

换国家多半是为了逃税。。。。
